Cancelling or Changing your appointment

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know so that we can offer it to another patient.

To cancel your appointment:

• Reply CANCEL to your appointment reminder text message
• Use the GP online system via this link
• Phone us on 01388-817777, Monday to Friday 8 am to 6 pm
• Use your NHS account (through the NHS website or the NHS App)
