Non-urgent advice: Make feedback to the Practice

If things do go wrong, the Surgery would like to hear from you, so that we can quickly put them right and learn from your experiences.  We would also like to know what you think about our services generally and what suggestions you have for improvements.

We are also pleased to hear about and pass on your praise and comments about the staff and their efforts to help you.

You may:

    • use the suggestion boxes which are located in Reception area of both Sensier House and Oxford Road 
    • use the feedback form on this website
    • email at nencicb-cd.standrewsmedicalpractice@nhs.net for the attention of Bev Barrett, Assistant Practice Manager, or
    • telephone Reception on 01388-817777

Please note:  The email account is only monitored at specific times during the day so should not be used for urgent messages, medical advice or booking of appointments. 

If you need urgent advice or the information you are emailing needs urgent action, please contact the surgery on 01388 817777.

Non-urgent advice: Make feedbac to Care Opinion

Would you like to provide feedback regarding NHS services?

Previously, feedback for the NHS could be submitted through the NHS.UK website; however, this service was discontinued in 2025.

Currently, individuals wishing to share their experiences with health or care services may do so on Care Opinion. This platform is free, secure, and contributes to the continuous improvement of services by healthcare staff. Your feedback is valued and encouraged.
